Reporting live from Boerne ISD stadium, here’s the latest on the Bandera soccer playoff games.

10:01 pm – Bandera boys fall 7-0 to the Boerne Champion Chargers.

9:05 pm – Alamo Heights defeated The Bandera Lady Bulldogs 4-1. The Bandera boys are struggling against Boerne Champion, down 5-0 at halftime.

Received this link from Brad Domitrovich, communications director at BISD, with information on tonight’s boys and girls soccer playoff games.

Looks like the boys’ game at Boerne Champion High School has been moved to 8 p.m. instead of 7 p.m. The girls’ game remains at Bandera Middle School at 7 p.m.

Boerne ISD has a link up for directions to the Boerne ISD Stadium over here.

I’m shooting Medina Bobcats baseball this evening at 4:30 p.m., will likely swing by the girls’ game at 7 p.m., and then head to Boerne in time for the start of the boys’ game. Look for the photos to go online in the near future!

8:42 pm – 5-2 final, Bandera’s game.

8:37 pm – 5-2 Bandera, 3 mins to play.

8:17 pm – 4-2 Bandera, 21 mins to play.

8:10 pm – score 2-3, Bandera, 27 mins left.

7:53 pm – Both teams are returning to the field after halftime, with Bandera up 2-1. Lots of physical play on both sides of the ball.

The Bandera Bulldogs varsity boys team will play Boerne Champion at Boerne on Tuesday, March 24, 7 pm gametime.

That’s right folks, the first baseball photos of the year and all three Bandera County school districts worth of basketball playoffs. All three teams were knocked out of the post-season, but not without some great games played first.
