Bandera vs. Llano

Wednesday, August 26th, 2009

The Bandera Lady Bulldogs varsity volleyball squad did not fare too well against the Llano Lady Yellowjackets tonight, Aug. 25,  losing in three sets.

You can find all of my photos from the varsity, JV, and freshman games over at BanderaBulletin.dotphoto.com.

It was great to get out and shoot some Bandera volleyball, though! The action was great and volleyball is always one of my favorite sports to photograph.

See you all this Friday when the Bulldogs kick off their 2009 football season against La Vernia!

Tuesday, November 4th, 2008

Congratulations to the Medina Lady Cats varsity volleyball squad for a commanding win over the D’Hanis Cowgirls tonight in Utopia! This marks the first of what we hope to be many playoff wins this post-season for the Lady Cats!

Landed some good photos! Keep an eye out for a photo update this week.

Medina Lady Cats to enter playoffs against D’Hanis tomorrow

Tuesday, November 4th, 2008

The Medina Lady Cats varsity volleyball squad will enter post-season play against D’Hanis tomorrow (Tuesday, Nov. 4) at Utopia, 7 p.m. game time! Congratulations to the Lady Cats for their big win over the Center Point Lady Pirates on Saturday at Schreiner U. I’m looking forward to a deep playoff run! Photos from Saturday’s game to go up this week.

I’ll be out and about shooting the game as the votes are tallied for local and national elections! Don’t forget to get out tomorrow and rock the vote if you haven’t already. My family will pay a visit to the Old Tarpley Schoolhouse to cast our votes, as we’ve done since I was born. My own kiddos, Canon, 1, and McCayla, 4, will join my wife Jacklen and I, so they can begin learning early the importance and value of participating in the democratic process!

Bandera Bulldogs win homecoming game vs. Pearsall Mavericks, Medina falls to La Pryor

Sunday, October 12th, 2008

The Bandera Bulldogs varsity football homecoming game versus the Pearsall Mavericks was a doozie! The two teams combined for 90 points in a tug of war which the Dogs won by better than 2-1, 63-27.

The Medina Bobcats were bit by the La Pryor Bulldogs 56-6 in their away game. Many thanks to Leianna Rich for the score report!

Congratulations also to the Bandera Lady Bulldogs for their win over the Pearsall Lady Mavs in varsity volleyball action! Leianna also reports that the Medina Lady Cats lost in their varsity volleyball match versus the Sabinal Yellow Jackets this morning.

My photos from the Bandera volleyball and football games should be online within a few days. Keep your eyes here for the latest updates!
